Over the Rainbow Bridge
Rest in Peace
May 1982-Dec 2008

Alla' Czar (Zeus x Renetta) was humanely laid to rest Monday Dec. 22nd, 2008 at the age of 26. Alla'Czar was born in Holland in 1982 and imported to the United States as a 2 year old. He completed the 100 DT in 1986 and was approved by Oldenburg and has had many offspring presented to this registry.

Alla'Czar's offspring have given him many awards including USEF's Hunter Breeding stallion of the year for 5 consecutive years, 2002-2006. He is the only stallion to have achieved that title for that many years.

Alla'Czar's offspring have won many National and Zone awards and are a credit to his legacy. Alla'Czar is the sire of Osczar who was the first horse to receive the Perfect 100 score in a hunter round. This elevated Alla'Czar into a class by himself. He continued to sire many talented offspring who will carry on his name and legacy and will be a testimony to his greatness into the future.

I am privileged to have been a small part of his life. Alla'Czar presented an opportunity for me to get out of the corporate office and into a horse world I could only have imagined. Alla'Czar was incredibly special. He was truly a gift in my life, and I was somehow lucky enough to have been a part of his life. Alla'Czar is still available via frozen semen.
Rest in Peace my Friend.
Never Forgotten.

ALLA' CZAR is an imported 16.3 hand bay sabino (a color characteristic exhibiting roaning, high irregular whites, white hairs in the tail, white under the chin, etc) Dutch Warmblood stallion by ZEUS. He is Fully Approved by the Oldenburg N/A, and International Sporthorse Registries and is nominated to the International Hunter Futurity. Alla'Czar is approved by Rheinland~Pfalz~Saar, RPSI, and GOV, German Oldenburg Verband but is not activated into their breeding books. Alla' Czar's sire, Zeus, has many offspring competing overseas in show jumping. Their winnings maintain him as one of the Top Ten Jumping Sires in Europe having won almost 5 million DM to date.  Playback (Rodney Jenkins 1987 US Show jumper with the highest winnings), Czar, Lonesome Dove (Ian Miller), Midnight Madness (Michael Whitaker), Zymbal I, Zymbal II, Swift, Beach Boy, Zenit, Zyklon, Zarino 4, Zunkunft, Zaandam, Zapateado, Zyklus, Zeno, Zandor Z, Marlon (VDL) and Zaster 5 (to name a few) make Zeus a paramount producer of show jumpers. Today, Zeus is still one of the most sought after sires of show jumpers and we all mourn his passing. On his dam’s side ALLA' CZAR is out of Renetta X Legaat X  MARCO POLO, who  is considered the most influential Dutch stallion in breeding and jumping. He is the grandsire of Milton, the famous Whitaker Olympic mount and the sire of several keur stallions including LEGAAT, who was the champion of his testing.

Alla' Czar
Alla' Czar This ZEUS/MARCO POLO  breeding combines two of the most successful and  popular jumping lines in  Europe. ALLA' CZAR is a proven COMPETITOR: During the late ‘80’s and early ‘90’s ‘Czar was shown successfully at top "A" circuit shows in CA.  He was consistently in the top ribbons, winning many Championships and Reserves in Pre-Green through 1st and 2nd Year Green Hunter and then moving into the Equitation Divisions. ‘Czar also had a career in the Dressage Arena competing through Prix St. George with scores in the mid 60’s.  Now, ‘Czar competes with his offspring and recently won the Hunter Breeding Stallion with Get class at the Zone 8 Harvest Breed Show. Alla' Czar is a proven producer! ALLA'  CZAR is now a Grandsire! Two of his premium fillies, now Premium Mares have had Premium Offspring of their own. So, the line continues.

"Eight of the last ten foals I have presented to the Oldenburg
N.A. Registry have received premium ratings.  All eight of them were either sired by  Alla' Czar or are out of an Alla' Czar mare. He consistently produces type and temperament"
- Gail Boyd, owner, Riverland Farms, Livermore, CA.

"Alla' Czar is one of the classiest European hunter stallions of all time. His temperament, incredible presence, and superb ability easily make him one of the finest show prospects that I have seen to date."
- Libby Hernandez, 1984 Olympic and 1987 Pan Am Games competitior
